Before you let out your property, think, do you have a record of the state of the property and any fixtures and fittings.

What is Letting Asset/Inventory Photography?
The Program
(Not everyone is as considerate of the property as you are)
What is Letting Asset/Inventory Photography?
- Your property is probably very valuable and at a standard of decor and content that you wish to protect
- The best way to protect this is to have a photographic record of the property, inside and out.
- Remember, the deposit may not cover the damage and you may need to prove the original state.
- This is not the same as your property photography as that is designed to promote your property For Sale or To Let.
- Asset photography is designed to give you a pictorial record of the property before it is let, allowing you to be able to supply your letting agent with a document that they can use in the case of issues that may arise and to give to the lessee should you so wish.
- You can have an intermediate visit to photograph anything that has changed when previous tenant has left. Update the records
- This service is available to the letting agent or the vendor directly.
- You might wish to supply the document to your tenants when taking up a tenure to show how you expect it to be returned?
The Program
- Each room is photographed to show, the whole carpet/floor, all walls, any cupboard space in the room, heating appliances, doors and windows. Clos-up of any pictures and/or mirrors etc.. on the walls. Any furniture that might be part of the let.
- The hall, stairs and landings are also photographed in the same detail and are automatically included in your photo set.
- All light fittings are also imaged as are free standing electrical items.
- Bathrooms are photographed showing the status of fittings, ceramics and shower units etc.
- Exteriors of building are shown of individual walls and doors and windows.
- Garage, Garden, Front and Back. Any sheds and greenhouses. Drives and Gates. (Subject to equivalent of an Additional Room Charge per area)
- The whole shoot is supplied as a pdf with relevant details and individual jpg images, at web and print resolution or whatever format you wish.
